What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. You can still pay with credit card through PayPal without an account. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

When can I expect to receive my purchase?
We do our best to ship items as soon as possible, but please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Why did my purchases arrive in two different shipments?
Some items ship directly from the Active Minds, Inc. and other items ship from our vendor. This means that your purchase may arrive on different days in separate shipments.
What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We want you to be completely satsified with your purchase from our store. If for whatever reason you are unhappy and would like either a refund or would like to exchange it for a different size or item, please e-mail store@activeminds.org for further instructions.
I'm a member of an Active Minds chapter. Do I get a special discount?
Yes, chapter members and advisors receive a 20% discount in the Active Minds store. You'll be prompted to enter the discount code at checkout. If you are unsure of the discount code to use, e-mail store@activeminds.org.
